Blog Homework 5: inexperienced or experienced workers?

Hi everyone,

Thank you for writing your essays so far. Practicing writing essays is very important for increasing your writing skills, so I really encourage you to complete all of the blog writing exercises.

The topic for our last blog writing assignment is:

If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an
inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher
salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.


Again, I want you to AIM for 300 words. Make sure you submit your essay by July 20, midnight.

    There are many workers of various compannies in Japan. So,there are a variety of persons in compannies. Experienced workers who are able to tasks easily are useful if I was employer of one company. But managing tasks, they will require employer to high salary. If employer hired inexperienced workers, he would not worry about personnel cost. If he hired experienced workers, he would not avoid taking the thing. However, it is the fact that experienced workers bring benefit to companies. There are two reasons for why I prefer experienced workers to inexperienced workers.

    First, experienced workers manage tasks by theirself. Besides, when they negothiated with trading partner about business, they would deal with another and bringing benefit to their company. I believe that when they face difficult business, they get along with colleagues and may solute the business.Therefore, their company is very efficient by grace of experienced workers.

    Second, experienced workers are not only managing tasks but also proposing opinions to employer. If I was their employer, I would be elevated by them. For example, I suppose that I am employer in productive company. If my company refined, the capacity of my company would increasing. Besides I believe experienced workers will cooperate with me. Also, they may help inexperienced workers who trouble about tasks. I think they have an ability to lead colleagues. As a result this thing may connect to refining companies.

    I think that companies will not run well without experienced workers. It is very hard to direct workers only employer. So, experienced workers are essential for companies. Though there is trouble which worry about personnel cost, I believe they bring huge benefit which surpass the cost. Therefore I prefer experienced workers to inexperienced workers.

  2. When I decide an occupation, the income is very an important element. In addition, the labor quantity is also one of the important element. I will search for the equilibrium point of these two elements when the occupation is decided. There are a lot of occupations in the world, the above-mentioned two elements are in the relation of the trade-off. For instance, the doctor is a good example that easy to understand. Doctor is a very severe generally occupation. In addition, strenuous efforts are required in becoming a doctor. However, the reward is super-duper.
    I want to become an experienced worker at a higher salary. There are two reasons.
    First, everything is decided by the quantity possessed of money in the country of the capitalist camp. Money is important no matter what it does. Money is the most important thing all over the world.
    Second, if I become an experienced worker at a higher salary, I will have much money. When I have much money, I may abandon the occupation. It will earn in a short term, and it will stop it in a short term. Certainly, there might not be my free time while it works. Oppositely, an. inexperienced worker at a lower salary might have my free time while it works. However, it is not significant at all if there is no disposable dollar even if there is my free time.
    In short, I want to become an experienced worker at a higher salary.

    I think I will hire a experienced worker if I have to pay a lot of money. Because I think a experienced worker is worthy of paying big money.Of couse, I know an inexperiencd worker don't have to pay much money. However, I think I should hire an experienced worker. There are two reasons why I think homework is necessary.

    First, I think he,it means an experienced worker will have a friendship with other company. It will help our company to gain much profit. Because, when we work at the office, we need a lot of information of our work. But, we cannot get the information only from worker who works the same world.Of course, we can get information from a trade journal,but it is very late.It means we need him to be a source of knowledge.

    Second, he has a career, so we cannot have to teach him how to catch the phone,how to say when we first meet with other company's people....etc. Almost all of the company has an institute to the inexperienced worker.It costs a lot of monet. I know the result of a questionnaire. The questionnaire,'Do you think a cost of the institute is the same as the wages of the experienced worker in a few years?' About 90 percents of the company says it is the same. It is clear hiring the experienced worker will be to cut the money.

    To hire the evperienced worker has a merit.One advantage is he will bring the information. Another advantage is they already have the well-mannered.That's why I think I will fire him.

    I will hire an experienced worker at a higher salary. There are two reasons to support the idea.
    First, I think it is efficient for company to hire experienced worker. Of course I spend much money on hiring them. But they will show us the ability of management more than what is expected of them. In other words, they are active in management. They can indicate other employee and notice the shortage. Through running company, I will notice the necessity of their power.
    Second, I think there is no necessity to teach experienced worker from zero because they know the point. So I will give them other job in their space time. In brief, I can teach them the way of useful time. I believe that hiring an experienced worker lead to lose much money but get much time.
    That is why I will hire an experienced worker at a higher salary.

    I think whether to hire an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at higher salary depends on the situation.
    First of all, I will hire an inexperienced worker at a lower salary , if I am an employer of a company which makes creative goods . That is because an inexperienced worker don’t have a fixed idea. A fixed idea may prevent he from making creative goods.
    Second, I will hire an experienced worker at higher salary , if I am an employer of a company which would require experiences. Experiences can save workers a lot of time. So, I will hire an experienced worker in this case.

    I employ an experienced worker for a higher salary. Because if ability pays a certain worker a high salary to some extent, the personnel expenses surely rise, but get my money's worth enough if ability puts the person whom there is in the managerial class. For example, the employee whom a cost is lower, and is promising may be brought up if I am good at showing a person it and employ a person having the education of the employee. I employ an experienced worker for a higher salary in this way and invest the personnel expenses that foresaw a point.

    If I employ the employee in my company, the motivated person will be employed even if there is no experience. The person who has the experience might become skilled. However, the experience will become old at once in a society now at the time of the change always, too. Then, the discovery of other ideas will be hindered by there is an experience. Oppositely, I think that I absorb the new knowledge at once, and come to demonstrate the power if there is a motivation for the person who doesn't have the experience. Thus, there is there is knowledge hindering the behavior of the person.
    Therefore, I will employ the person who has the motivation even if there is no experience.

    If I am an employer,I prefer to hire an experienced worker at a higher salary.
    I can leave him to do the work.
    And I do not have to teach him how to work.
    It cost much money to hire.
    But it does not cost much time.
    I make much of efficiency and time.
    So,that is why I prefer to hire an experienced worker at a high salary.

    I think I will hire an experienced worker at a higher salary if I was an employer. An inexperiencd worker don't have to pay much money. But, i think that I will hire an experienced worker. There are two reasons why I think this.
    First, the worker of cheap pay cannot be trusted to work.They are likely to work suitably. The worker of the respect and the high wage will do tidy work.
    Second, an experienced worker has the advanced technique more than an inexperienced worker. If the content of work is good, it is unquestionable for pay even if it is high.
    So, I think I will hire an experienced worker at a higher salary.
