You can write your essay in just 30 minutes, or you can spend more time on it. It’s your choice. But you should read through and edit your essay as necessary. I also suggest that you read your classmates’ essays to pick up some essay writing ideas. Aim for about 300 words, and don’t forget to write your name in your response.

Some people prefer to work in one company for all their career. Others think it is better to move from company to company. Discuss the advantages of both. Which do you think is better and why?

First,A case that work in one company for all carrer,Ithink that be easy to gain a person's confidence.Conversely,A case move fromcompany to company,even not be easy to make a comrade.
Second,A case that work in one commapy for all carrer,I think that easy to get a salary increase.Because,Japan is a seniority-based wage system.This is why I prefer to work in one company for all my career.

Moreover, by working in one company for a long time, you can be familiar with your work. Like this, there are many good points about working in one company, but I think to move from company to company have also many good points too. Each time you move company to company, you can get acquainted with many people. By being acquainted with many people, you can absorb many different ideas. Moreover, if you experience different works, you will get wide knowledge. Therefore, I think it is better to move from company to company.

返信削除Many people want to work in one company for their all career. By working in one company for long period, you can get promotion and stable positions more easily than moving to other companies. Personally, I have wanted to work in one place too. However, there seems to be several good points about moving to other workplaces and working there. In order to brush up communication skills, it will be a benefit to work in many places because you will see many people having different thoughts and learn how to communicate well with such people. Moreover, you’ll be more mature enough to think about your surroundings deeply and correctly. Therefore, I think it is more beneficial to work in many different places.

返信削除I think that this question have very various opinions. This is because there are various kinds of work. Moreover, it is necessary to consider each culture in each country to declare the opinion. Generally, job change doesn't have a too good meaning in Japan. The lifelong employment system has deeply infiltrated the society in Japan. However, job change is accepted as a skill improvement in America and European countries. My opinion of this question is I can’t show in a single phrase. Because job change has the interpretation that varies depending on the country.

I know some people think it is better to move from one country to company. Because they think if they move company, they can meet a lot of people. Plus, to go to another company they may get more earnings.
But I think it is good for Japanese to work by a retirement age at a company. Because Japanese company have a system what is called permanent employment.
To change your company has some good point,however, I think to work in a company has a lot of strong point.

返信削除Some people prefer to move from company to company. But I personally prefer to work one company for all career. I have two reasons why I say that.
First, they work one company for years, they are accustomed to working, and they are able to do various task in the company. As a result, they get reliance on colleague or being respect to junior partner.
Second, as working one company, they will promote their position in the office. When working from company to company, they don’t promote their position. In Japan, the more working one office, the more getting high salary. Therefore, I prefer to work one company for all career.

To the reasons first,I think that could't comprehend the work for easy. so, we are a lifelong work for comprehend our company.
Second, there is an interpersonal problem. We have several jobs. and must to make new friends.

返信削除At first the good point of all liking that I work for their career in one company can wear expert technology. When I make a precise thing, the technology that is an expert of at altitude is very necessary. I am suitable for wearing the technology in a long-term period.
The good point of the one that it is preferable to move to the company next from the company wears experience and the technology that it can get in the company, and it is the point that own can finally keep alive at the place that wants to work. If it is an aim to work in the customs place, at first I find a job in the trade-related company, and it will be a good way to move after wearing the skill.
However, it is necessary to put up the career plan that both thoughts did well.

First, people who work in one company for all careers spend less time to remember the contents of work than people who move from company to company. In other words, people who move from company to company need much time to remember work because they float from jobs to jobs.
Second, I suppose people’s salary which works in one company for all careers is higher than people’s salary which moves from company to company. I mean people who work in one company for all careers raise salary getting old at that time. And they can get higher position because they experience the various of the difficult matters.
That is why I believe to work in one company for all careers is better than to move from company to company.

Furthermore, the company is annoyed so it have to hire new person and have to teach the job description.
For that reason, I think that to work in one company for all careers is better than to move from company to comoany.

First,The merit of working for those careers of one company can obtain a special technology.
Second,It is possible to deepen one's knowledge by researching one technology.Then, a good evaluation will be undertaken at the people.
